The Lassen Creek Camp Meeting began in 2002 with the coordination of the Lakeview SDA Church and the Alturas SDA Church. The purpose was to bring back the original style of camp meeting with camping and meeting together under a large tent to hear and study the Word of God. We meet together on a campground in Modoc County (Northern California) on the fourth weekend of every June. There is no charge for camping or attendance. However offerings are collected to help with the costs of bringing in speakers and other expenditures.
